Twinning

With twinning enabled, all calls that ring directly to the user’s phone will also ring the user’s cell phone and the call can be answered on either phone. If the user answers the call on their cell phone but is in the office, the user can press the line key with the amber light and have the call transferred to the desk phone. The caller will not know the difference. If you don’t answer your cell phone when it rings, the caller is redirected back to your office and will follow your normal call coverage instructions. This feature can be programmed on a button of the telephone so the user can turn it on or off.
