Call Coverage determines how unanswered call are handled. For example, extension 100 call coverage is set by default to ring his phone 4 times and then sends the caller to extension 100 voice mail. Call Coverage allows the user or administrator to change the call control to ring length (can be set from 1 ring to 20 rings) and where the call is sent. Calls can be sent to other users, the auto attendant, or an outside phone number like a cell phone.
