Call Features Instructions

Abbreviated/Speed Dial  Permits the user to make calls to pre-selected numbers by dialing
either one or two digits. Set these numbers up through the office and dial the numbers using 75#.

Automatic Recall  Calls last in-coming caller 

• Dial *69.
• Option 1
• Will dial number for 30 min. if busy
• Answer at double ring.
• Option 2
• Recording announces last number dialed.
• Permits callback then.
• Dial *89 to cancel.

Anonymous Call Reject  Rejects anonymous calls—great for telemarketers.

• Dial *77 to turn on.
• Rejects until turned off.
• Dial *87 to turn off.

Call Forward  Transfers all calls to another number.

• Dial 72#
• Tone Sounds.
• Enter number to forward to.
• If no answer, or busy, repeat.
• Dial 73# to deactivate.
• Two beeps sound.

Caller ID - Name and Number  Displays the phone number and name of caller on your phone.  Activated by Giant office.

Call Forward Busy  Transfers in-coming calls, if busy.

• Dial *90.
• Tone Sounds.
• Enter number to forward to.
• If no answer, or busy, repeat.
• Dial *91 to deactivate

Call Forward No Answer  Transfers in-coming calls, if not answered.

• Dial *92.
• Tone sounds.
• Enter number of rings to forward after.
• Enter phone number to forward to.
• If no answer, or busy, repeat.
• Dial *93 to deactivate.

Call Waiting  Gives you a ringtone if another caller is trying to reach you while you are on the phone.

• Press hookswitch to answer beep in caller.
• Switch callers with hookswitch.
• Answer 2nd caller by hanging up.
• Disconnect either caller by hanging up.

Selective Call Rejection  Rejects calls from up to 30 programmed numbers. Callers will hear an announcement that you're not accepting calls at this time, all other calls will ring through as possible.

• Dial *60
• # - to add numbers.
• * - to remove numbers.
• 0 - to hear instructions.
• 1 - to list numbers.
• 3 - to turn feature on and off.
