Basic Voicemail Setup Instructions

To Access your Voicemail

1. From your home telephone, dial the voicemail phone number from the table below.
2. The first time you call in you will be greeted with a request for PIN number modification. Enter any four-digit PIN you would like to use.
3. Next time you call in from this telephone you will be placed directly at New Message
   Retrieval. No PIN required.

To Set Up your Voicemail Greeting

1. From your home telephone, dial the voicemail phone number from the table below.
2. Listen to message until it takes you to the main menu.
3. When you are at the main menu, follow the prompts to record your personalized greeting.

To Access your Messages away from home

1. Dial into the Voicemail system by dialing the voicemail phone number from the table below.
2. When prompted to enter your Mailbox Number, enter your 10-digit home telephone number.
3. When prompted to enter your password, enter your PIN followed by the pound (#) key.
