1. Visit giantcomm.net/ebb or click the ebb graphic shown here on our website.
|2. Select yes or no at the bottom of the page. It is important to identify if you are an existing lifeline recipient or not. If you do not know if you are, select no and that will take you to the next step|
|3. Fill out all the customer information on this page. When when you are done scroll down to the checkboxes.|
|4. Select all the checkboxes that apply. When all of the boxes are checked, type your name in the signature box and click the submit button|
|5. When that is submitted it will redirect you to getemergencybroadband.org, where you will scroll down and click the blue apply now button.|
|6. Fill out your information on that page. When that is completed, click next.|
|7. Create a username and password to log into the lifeline portal.|
|8. Sign into your account with the login you just created.|
|9. When you have logged in, click on the get started button.|
|10. Check the box or boxes that apply. Click next when that is done.|
|11. Review your information. Click submit in the lower right hand corner.|
|12. Confirm your household by answering the next yes or no questions.|
|13. Initial the boxes and click next.|
14. When you submit the final step it will give you a confirmation.
